With deep experience in the banking and financial sector, he advises domestic and international clients on complex transactions, restructuring, and litigation, providing end-to-end legal and strategic solutions backed by practical industry insight.

Mr. Rishi Sethi, Founding Partner at Trulegal, is an accomplished legal professional with over two decades of expertise in Banking, Commercial, and Corporate laws. Enrolled with the Delhi Bar Council since 1999, he has represented clients before the Delhi High Court, NCDRC, DRTs, NCLT, Arbitration Tribunals, and various regulatory forums. Known for his leadership and depth of expertise, he also serves as an empanelled Arbitrator with the Delhi International Arbitration Centre at the Delhi High Court, frequently advising banks and financial institutions on complex legal disputes.

Mr. Vidur Sikka, Senior Advocate & Head of Litigation at Trulegal, has been practicing since 2002 and has been associated with the firm since its inception.
