After successfully completing his legal education, he enrolled himself with the Delhi Bar Council in the Year 1999 and started his practice as an Advocate. He expanded his law practice by rigorously assisting the Hon'ble Delhi High Court, NCDRC (National Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission), Debt Recovery Tribunals, Board for Industrial & Financial Reconstruction (BIFR), Monopolies & Restrictive Trade Practices (MRTP) Commission, Central Administrative Tribunal, National Green Tribunal, Arbitration Tribunals and various other Forums. Mr. Sethi is also an empanelled Arbitrator with Delhi International Arbitration Centre at Delhi High Court.
